The scope includes all labor, material, equipment, and design-assist services to provide turnkey UG electrical infrastructure including the LV & MV duct banks, cast in place manholes, prefabricated manholes, excavation, PVC, conduit spacers, rebar, concrete and backfill for (2) FAB building and the first-phase utility buildings.
