QA/QC Site Managers
Our growing company is seeking to hire QA/QC Site Managers who will be responsible for assisting our Site and Project Managers in organizing and effectively implementing the Site/ Project Quality Plan. This responsibility involves assisting with the organization of project quality and the performance of, but not limited to, the following tasks in accordance with the project approved ITP’s: visual inspection; coating inspection; concrete inspection; development/scheduling of hold points with customer representatives; NDE Scheduling; weld tracking and qualification of welders; material inspection; and assist with project turnover and close-out. This position is based out of the Houston office and requires scheduled travel between multiple field sites. Knowledge of installation of pipelines and/or pipeline related facilities is a must.
To be successful as a QA/QC Site Managers you will need to be able to work well in a team environment, adjust priorities, and possess competency with computers including Microsoft and G Suite. A current CWI with pipeline experience and 5-7 years’ experience in a leadership role is required, along with exceptional verbal and written skills. API 1169 and NACE certifications are a plus. This task involves helping develop and maintain project schedules and work plans, tracking hours and progress, field quantity tracking, procurement facilitation, document development and project turnover and close-out.
