Sky High Clay Shoot 1

Summit was a proud sponsor of the 2017 Annual Sky High Clay Shoot which was held February 10th and 11th. Our Team spent most of the day cooking for the crowd. The menu consisted of pastalaya, shrimp and catfish. When not cooking, our team participated in the clay shoot. Fun was had by all while benefitting a great charity!

Sky High was founded by Abbeville, Louisiana native and former Miss Acadiana, Brittany Hebert. It began with the inaugural Louisiana Sky High Sporting Clay Shoot in 2007, which raised more than $50,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House in Memphis, Tennessee. This one event spurred a collaborative and dynamic fundraising organization and a true labor of love.
